Shipping & Delivery
We engrave and dispatch all items within 5 working days. All deliveries will sent by recorded delivery and will require a signature on delivery. If you have any special requirements please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you. You will receive an email to inform you that your item has been dispatched. We cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control by delivery services. In the unlikely event of lost or delayed items, we will instigate a claim with Royal Mail, and replace or refund your order IF the item is not found, however Royal Mail will not allow a claim until 3 weeks after the item was posted.

Privacy & Security
Browns Engravable Gifts take your privacy and the security of your personal information seriously. We will not pass your information to any other parties. We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses.
Returns & Replacements
Browns Engravable Gifts will give a full refund on items (provided that they have not been personalised,) if they are in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition, provided that they are returned within 7 days. However please note if you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, we cannot refund the postage costs. This does not affect your statutory rights.
With regards to engraved items - Please note that all engraving will be copied letter for letter on the message that you have supplied in the engraving message box. We cannot be held accountable or responsible for engraving errors that occur as result of the customers spelling or grammar mistakes. We are more than happy to offer a 7 day return on items that are faulty or have been engraved incorrectly as result of our error. In this case we will also refund any postage costs.

Ordering
Once you have decided on the gift you would like to purchase follow these simple instructions:
- 1. Click on the item you want.
- 2. To take advantage of our free engraving service choose which font you prefer from the drop down options and then type in the message you would like in the box below. If you are ordering more than one of the same item please number each different message.
- 3. Type in the quantity you require and click - Add to basket
- 4. You will then be asked to type in your postcode, once you have done this, choose the postage option you require. In most cases this will be the fixed rate of £3.95, regardless of how many items you are ordering. Click - Update total.
- 5. Proceed to checkout and fill in your delivery and billing address.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Please note that we will not despatch goods until payment has been received (and until your payment has cleared through Paypal). All items remain the property of Browns Engravable Gifts until cleared payment is received.
